Because our products are custom-made to order, we currently do not accept returns or provide refunds on items unless they arrive defective or damaged. This is in line with our commitment to sustainability and reducing waste, as print-on-demand products are specifically created for each customer and cannot be restocked.

Once the package has been shipped and tracking information is provided, Pinkie Studio Ltd is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We encourage you to reach out to the carrier with your tracking number if issues arise. In cases of lost packages, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@thefluffyones.com. After this period, the production process begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
